Spencer Callantine

Spencer Callantine is a California native that found himself on a journey clear across the country after pursing his passion for golf, early on. Once in the Low Country, he decided to settle in after meeting his beautiful bride, Felicia, and having 2 Kids, Maddox and Kelsey. Recognizing just how special Bluffton, Hilton Head, and Beaufort are he shifted his focus from golf to helping others call this spectacular place home.  He began his real estate career working with a national builder, where he helped 100’s of families over a 5-year time span build the home of their dreams.  After establishing himself in the marketplace, he decided to branch out into general brokerage and join the team here at “The Network” in an effort to not just help families who were looking to build new homes, but also to help people who fell in the love with the charm of more “distinguished” and established properties and locations.  Spencer believes that customer service is not a lost art and is determined to prove to all his clients that southern hospitality still exists today!
